Your pipeline, from first call to Won.
Work every deal on one board – drag through your own stages, see gross and factored value per column, and keep the whole story on the deal: tasks, notes, emails (BCC any deal its own address), and MEDDPICC qualification. Won offers to open the project. Start a deal by typing one thing: its name.
$19.00 per user, per month. Billed in advance. You pay only for the people you give access to.
What you get
- One board from Early to Won, with YOUR stages and factored forecasting
- Every call, note, and email lands on the deal - BCC it a copy
- Tasks keep deals moving; stalled and overdue surface themselves
- Scoreboard, heatmap, and quarter views - no more exporting your own pipeline
How it works
- 1
Open it in one line
The name of the deal is the only thing required. Client, size and close date are chips under the box, filled in when you know them rather than before you are allowed to save.
- 2
Move it across the board
Every column carries its count, its gross value and its factored value at that stage's own probability – so the forecast is on the board rather than in a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds on Fridays.
- 3
Win it, and keep going
Won stamps the close date, and can create the project from the same card – so the engagement starts from the deal that sold it instead of somebody retyping the client name.
A pipeline that adds up twice – what it is worth, and what it is worth after the odds.
Every shape of deal, not just new logos
A pipeline that only understands new business makes you keep the rest of it somewhere else.
- New businessthe first conversation through to signature
- Renewalsthe ones you lose by forgetting, not by losing
- Expansionsmore work with a client you already have
- Partner referralssourced by somebody outside the firm
- Reactivationsa client who went quiet and came back
- RFPsa deadline someone else set for you
Start with the deal, not the form
Type Expansion to three new sites #northwind $240k close:12/15/26 @emma and Curfew reads the client, the amount, the close date and the owner out of it, showing each one as a chip before anything files. Stage and next step take one click each. Nothing else is required, ever - and nothing files that you were not shown first.
One field that actually matters
Not twenty-five fields before you can save an opportunity. One: what happens next, who owns it, and when.
Every deal on the board shows its next move. The ones that do not say so, which is usually the more useful information.
The people are already people
The prospect in Deals is the same organization Books invoices and Signatures sends the contract to. Not a CRM-only copy that drifts out of date the moment somebody changes a phone number.
No duplicate contacts, because there was only ever one record to begin with.
The deal remembers
Notes, activities, documents and every change stay with the opportunity. When somebody else picks it up, or when you come back to it in four months, the story is on the record rather than reconstructed from three inboxes and a Slack thread.
Know what is actually likely to close
Stage, value, close date and next move - and how long the value has been sitting where it is.
Every stage carries a weight you set, shown on the stage itself and always beside the raw number, so a forecast is something you can take apart rather than something you have to trust. A deal that has been in Proposal for three months is not pipeline, whatever percentage you multiply it by.

Only a question reaches Alfred, and he answers in the rail beside your work.
Alfred runs as you.
He sees exactly what you see and nothing else – never the whole workspace.
He never acts on his own.
Anything that would change a record comes back as a card you confirm.
$19 per person, per month.
Only the people you assign are billed – add them and remove them, and the bill follows. New workspaces start with $50 in credit, good for 60 days.
Common questions
Where does the email go?
Each deal has its own address. Copy it on the thread and the correspondence files itself against the deal, attachments included. Mail from somebody we cannot place waits in an unfiled strip for you to place or dismiss – it is never guessed at.
Can we qualify properly, not just optimistically?
Every deal carries the eight MEDDPICC pillars with evidence, and the qualification view scores them across the whole open pipeline – which is the difference between a forecast and a hope.
Who can see which deals?
Everybody, or only what each person owns – one setting, enforced in the reads rather than hidden in the UI.
What comes with it?
Three more apps at no extra charge: Organizations, Contacts and Task Manager. Add them to your workspace once and everyone who has Deals can use them – no second seat, nothing on the bill. A CRM that could not hold the company, the person and the follow-up would not be a CRM.
Deals is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
